My start in property management was in 2007, managing my own rental properties. A few years later I spent several months working at a property management company to get a better understanding of the business and first hand experience with the day to day operations of managing hundreds of units.  Over time I have grown my own investments and began managing properties for friends and past clients. I now offer my services to anyone with property in the area that needs a professional taking care of their investments.

I stay current with new rules and trends in property management by continuing education in the field and participating in seminars and conferences. As a member of Multifamily NW I have access to expert advice and training. My involvement in my local community programs helps keep me up to date on the latest rules for Corvallis and surrounding areas. I use attorney approved and up to date forms to ensure we are legal, accurate, and fair. I use electronic forms and tracking to make records and reports convenient.
